Delete Your CoupleChord Account

You can delete your CoupleChord account and its data at any time, whether or

not you still have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

• Open CoupleChord and go to Profile
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

Your account and personal data are purged from our production systems

immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Without the app (email request)

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email

couplechord@gmail.com from the email address associated with your

account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the

request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photos)
• Your check-ins, energy and mood history, and streaks
• Your messages, love notes, and journal entries
• Your tasks, goals, rituals, and milestones
• Your analytics identifiers and push-notification tokens

What your partner keeps

Content that lives in your partner's own account (for example, their side of

the relationship history) remains theirs. Their app will show the connection

as ended — we don't send them a notification about your deletion — and no

further data is shared.
